A trauma informed, compassionately embodied introductory workshop of disability. Learn about ableism and access needs, how to embody your experiences, and practical support and suggestions to show up skillfully in solidarity as we dismantle social  injustice.

What is ableism? What are access needs, who has them (hint: everyone) and how do we address them? How do we create safer, more accessible spaces? What does it mean to be in solidarity and dismantle ableism in your life and spheres of influence?

All are welcome who are curious about these questions and seek to explore them from an open-hearted space
