Tech Hub Contest – Convince a stranger to read your favourite book!

Ages: all ages

Theme: Convince a stranger to read your favourite book. It could be any book – a novel, a non-fiction book, a cookbook, a kids’ book – any book that you consider your favourite!

Runtime: November 1 – January 3

Rules:

1. You must use at least two elements in the Tech Hub
2. Your creation must be under three minutes long
3. You must submit your creation by January 3 at 11:59pm

The winners will have their creations posted on our website for the community to see and will get some library merch!

Examples of what you could create using at least two elements (items or programs) from the Tech Hub rooms:

• A PDF that you put together using Adobe Acrobat in the Media Station that contains some photos you scanned in the Digitization station
• A video that you recorded in front of the green screen in the Recording & Photography studio and edited using Adobe Premiere Pro in the Media Station
• A sound recording that you recorded using our microphones and edited using Audacity, all in the Recording & Photography Studio
