The Library offers a wide range of public programs as part of its service to library patrons and the community.
Our community is full of experts, creative minds and inspiring stories. We love seeing you share your talents with others at the Library. The Library welcomes proposals for community programming ideas from other organizations or members of the public.
While we welcome all submissions, we are unable to partner to offer all of the programs pitched to us.
Library staff will contact you if we are able to host your program.
Guidelines:
• Programs provided in partnership with the Library are open to the public and free of charge*
• Programs are designed to provide information or an experience for the public without the
promoting of a business, product, or commercial enterprise as the main focus.
• Programs are generally planned four months in advance of their delivery date
• Photographing or filming on Library property without written permission is not permitted
• Programs are designed to be community responsive and to align with the library’s strategic
priorities
• Fundraising is not permitted
*on some occasions program attendance may be limited and thus require pre-registration
