Versatile Spaces for All Ages

Available to book are small quiet rooms and rooms in the Tech Hub with specialized professional technology in them. To balance the differing needs of folks using the library, we expect everyone using these spaces to be conscious of their sound levels and considerate to other library users.

Quiet Rooms:

The library has two quiet rooms located in the southwest corner of the main
floor. They can be booked up to one week in advance, for a period of two hours at a time.

Tech Hub Rooms:

The library has a recording studio, digitization station and media station. To book one of these rooms you must be either a Nelson Public Library member or a member in good standing with another BC public library: a current library membership card and photo ID are required.  These rooms may be booked online up to 1 week in advance, for two hours at a time.
