Podcast Club:

January Theme: Kindness

January 24 at 6:30 pm at the Nelson Library (lower level)

What is a podcast club?

It’s like a book club, but for podcasts!

Listen to the episodes below and then join us on January 24th to discuss what we learned. A great way to learn something new in an accessible way and connect with others!

We’re starting off the new year with a little kindness.  We’ll look at how practicing kindness not only affects our mental health, but also our physical health, how we can fight hatred and bridge division with empathy and kindness, why raising kind kids will serve them well as adults and  that contrary to what many of us think, we actually are uniquely wired for kindness and compassion.
